I would like to commend Ms. KATLEGO GAELAE, from ROCKET NET FIBRE, on her service and expertise in resolving my issue, over a few days. Her patience and through investigations into what my problem, was, has truly blown me away!! Yes, I have been a client of them for a few years ( I suppose, it’s because of people like her), but this time, my loyalty to them, has just gone up to another level. Ms Katkego, was assisting me l, even beyond, her ‘cut off/ knock off time’, wanting to make sure, that we found where the issue was.
