I needed to cancel my service at short notice because we needed to move and then bring in a tenant and Rocknet was amazing, Katlego helped me have a smooth process and the requirement for a full calendar month cancellation was waived because of the nature
I needed to cancel my service at short notice because we needed to move and then bring in a tenant and Rocknet was amazing, Katlego helped me have a smooth process and the requirement for a full calendar month cancellation was waived because of the nature of my reason for cancellation and I didn’t need to pay a cancellation fee. I’ve enjoyed Rocketnet’s incredible service and instant WhatsApp-based customer support for 4 years and I’m very happy with them
