I just had to give a shoutout to the awesome folks at RocketNet. These guys went above and beyond to get my internet back on track! Ruan was the superhero who pinpointed that my old router was the culprit, and Mekashin swooped in to fast-track the replacement approval. These two are absolute legends! I'd been battling with internet gremlins for weeks, chatting with a few different customer service rockstars along the way. They all pitched in to help me out.
