I have been with Rocketnet since 2018. They have been a reliable service provider and communication has been good for the most part when needing assistance. Post pandemic the service has suffered a little in terms if getting in touch with a technician, but the whatsapp line has long work hours so someone does help you when needed. I do wish they had more incentives to their long standing clientele as they do with new contract signing, but overall satisfied with the service
