I had technical issue, and was initially assisted by Katkego and later Kim. Started with them, @11:00-18:30,( as I had to stop, to attend to an urgent matter), when I reconnected, it was a continuation, didn’t have to explain to the 2nd technician, Kim knew exactly what my issue was, as Katkego had briefed her.
