I had connectivity issues for almost 24 hours due to infrastructure issues. Aimee from RocketNey was absolutely amazing in helping me resolve my issues. Aimee kept me constantly updated with the progress only to discover that I had another issue on my side. Needless to say she walked me through to resolution process and got me back online.
