I called because there was an issue with my router
I called because there was an issue with my router. After some over-WhatsApp conversations and pictures, they found the issue and sent me a new router (there was a cost involved in this). It arrived the next day and they helped me set it up all via WhatsApp and e-mail. Overall a good experience.
