Horrible service

An order that was cancelled was never cancelled, 1 year after an order was placed for our new rental and we were billed for the previous order as well which was cancelled. This was queried and resolved. Now another year later we receive a letter from attorneys. Working in the fibre industry as well, I can testify that this ISP really is the worst I have came across.
