Hi my netflix and yo...
Hi my netflix and you tube was not working...today it took the whole day to make it work...Kim helped me and tried various ways to make it work...with no success..she than suggested i get another cable to link me ti my TV...she was so patient and took me through the process...if i should rate i would give her a 20+ ...Good job Kim I definetly do not have your patient
