Great service from Sean Mostert at RocketNet!

We just joined RocketNet from the 1st of June and had many issues leading upto actually connecting. I would like to just mention one of their employee's, Sean Mostert. What a guy! From his patience right down to his manners and attitude and the way he speaks. He escalated our issue and got a resolution and helped me all under 2 hours. Brilliant service is determined by brilliant staff. Keep up the great work Sean!
