Great service. Above and beyond
After purchasing a new home, I had some hicups with my fibre infrastructure. Samantha Petersen went far out of her way to try and resolve my difficulties as soon as possible. I was kept constantly updated. The RocketNet whatsapp channel works way better than most others i have used and this also made the experience really simple.
