Great Experience dealing with experienced people
Our company has been making use of RocketNet for the past few years, since they were known as Directel, any issue has been sorted out as fast as possible with little delay. Ashleigh is an amazing project manager that helped us with a new installation at our new premises and made it so much easier than expected, Steven is always quick to respond to my queries and Heinrich is an absolute expert at getting things done. I wouldn't change my ISP to any other, the personal interaction and real service is more than worthwhile.
