Good, responsive service

Decided to give RocketNet a try after struggling for too many months with Afrihost's ridiculous (lack of) support systems. True to form, Afrihost made a mess of my cancellation - 4 hours on the phone to get them to fix their errors (along with some desperate pleading with the helpful people at MetroFibre to help get some action at Afrihost)... luckily, once th eball was in their court, RocketNet were helpful, responsive and quick... So far, so good! (would have been 5 stars if they didn't prefer WhatsApp to voice, but at least it's a pretty quick response, not a >2hour wait like the Afrihost experience)
