Gem of a find

RocketNet has been a gem of a service provider, it felt like a boutique ISP with the prompt and attentive support. The technical support from Stephen was personable, patient and on point. Mohamed had also been a strong pillar of support to make sure everything was attended to, timeously and professionally. You pay a little bit more, but it is worth absolutely every cent and more - no more inefficient 'service' from other providers who, quite simply, don't care, doesn't deliver and waste everyone's time. Another provider got hold of us today, for an installation request we put in a month ago. Meanwhilst RocketNet got us sorted with a brand new fibre installation, Voip line, porting and all the challenges thrown their way. Highly recommended!
