From bitter to somewhat sweet!

Recently took up a FTTH contract with Rocketnet. There were numerous challenges with Vumatel arriving late for installation and Rocketnet messing up the couriering of my router. During this period, Mohamed Bulbulia, provided me with the best support I have come across in a very long time.

He constantly kept me up to date with the various issues with phone calls etc and more importantly went the extra mile to ensure my router was delivered to me. Most companies only preach good customer service but this young man practised it to the full extent.

My sincerest thanks to him for making a frustrating and bitter moment somewhat better. He is a true asset to Rocketnet and I hope they take care of him. Its people like this who make companies good and should be valued highly.
