💯 FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Wow, just wow. I had been battling with a big name in the internet industry and service was appalling. Someone recommended RocketNet to me on Monday morning 07/10 - went on their website, entered my details and received an email from them (Mek) for pictures of my current fibre box and router which I could only send to them on Tuesday morning 09/10 received a call from Warrick who explained what pics I needed to send them. I did this and received a call from Gloria stating they'd received the pics and everything seemed on track. About 2hours later, I received an email to say my line was active and lo and behind when I got home from work at 18h10 the wifi wad up and running, absolutely NO ISSUES. All this within a time period of 16hours. WELL DONE ROCKETNET AND ESPECIALLY TO THOSE IVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH. MEK, WARRICK AND GLORIA THANK YOU
