Casper the ****ty Ghosts

I have been having internet issues and all I was ever told was to reset my ONT modem every single time my internet dropped. I then ask for an upgrade and after seeing how their website is still showing old specials that don’t apply , they would send me follow up emails to ask if I would like to continue on with my upgrade. I then send an email to cancel my subscription with RocketNet and now all of a sudden they are Ghosts,no response or acknowledgement of my cancellation. Pathetic service that makes a person feel like a prisoner because no one will acknowledge a cancellation request. Don’t worry,I stopping my debit order and you can come pick up your router.
