BRILLIANT SERVICE - Highly recommended
I have been trying for 2 days to get WebAfrica to take over as my FTTH ISP from another provider. They are not answering calls and take hours to respond to their WhatsApp messages. Out of pure desperation I decided to engage RocketNet and JD (sales) and Sandile (ops & support) had me sorted out and connected in less than two hours!!!! That in a time when every vendor is fighting for marketshare they have just given their competition a ****** nose. Well done team RocketNet - you rock!!!!
