BAD SERVICE FROM ROCKETNET
Had been having issues with my internet service for awhile now. Contacted RocketNet - no one answers. Tried them on Whatsapp - finally got a response. They sent me to pictures of my account and a graph NOTHING more. No futher correspondance. Think I'll have to move away to better customer service.

As per telephonic discussion, we have assisted to factory reset the router, check firmware, all ok. We have checked the Vumatel link and seems ot be in order. As per telephonic, lets monitor. Once again apologies for this.

The problem seems to be resolve after the factory reset.
I have to add that we rarely have problems with Rocket and that Mohammed and JD are always very helpful once we are able to speak to them. ***** 5 star rating!
