RocketNet Review

Absolutely terrible experience with RocketNet.

For the past month, my internet has been constantly intermittent, switching off and on and making it extremely difficult to use. Since having RocketNet installed, I have had to contact them numerous times trying to get the issues resolved, with no satisfactory solution.

I understand that technical problems can happen, but what really disappoints me is the lack of service and urgency. When a customer is paying every month for a service, the priority should be to retain that customer by going above and beyond to resolve the problem.

Instead, I feel like I'm paying for a service that isn't being delivered at the level that was promised during the sales process. I'm now also struggling to cancel the service and move over to another provider that can actually deliver a reliable connection.

RocketNet, please contact me and sort this matter out.

To anyone looking for an internet service provider: do your research and look beyond RocketNet. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them.
