BAD FIBRE! USELESS SERVICE!
RocketNet has the worst fibre network EVER. I cannot believe that the 2Mbps ASDL line that I had with Telkom was actually faster than the 4Mbps Uncapped Fibre I have with RocketNet. I have to restart my router everyday as we lose connection continuously. I connect to the router directly using a LAN cable and it does not change anything. It is absolutely frustrating. I would NEVER recommend them! Their service is also just as bad!

As per our telephonic conversation we would like to apologise for the delay in processing your upgrade. The reason for the drop in connection via LAN is due to the fact that a 4/1Mbps package is not recommended for streaming.
