Bad Customer Service

I spoke to Bongani from Rocket net, I have no internet connectiin from 6.03.2020. This person got irritated that I was taking a bit long when he needed me to type on the website and get info from the route. He even told me he will call me back cause he needs to call another client. My internet connection is still not sorted. I had to tell him will get my hubby to call back. Very disappointed with service I received today.
