Amazing customer service!

I have had RocketNet as my ISP for almost 2 years now - ever since they installed the fiber lines at our complex. I've never experienced better service at _any_ another provider in any area. Whenever there is an outage or a problem (which happens very rarely), there is someone to assist on the Whatsapp account. The diagnosis of the router is done extremely well and efficiently via the network Probe app. Bongani recently helped me out with an internet outage, and not only did he open a ticket with Vumatel, but he also followed up after the fact (via a call) to find out if my problem was resolved. Man, I am super impressed. Thanks, guys, I always recommend RocketNet where ever I can.
