Amazing Best Great fantastic Wonderful

Hi Everyone,

I write this as an appreciation post. As you have probably already seen, my name is Trystan.

We have recently moved into a new place where my fiance works from home. We had searched for fiber in our new area, which we were successful as there is an abundance.

We started with one of the larger big dogs in the area, as we have long stand ACCOUNTS with them. You would think a company would care about something like that. Yes, we are not a Harry Oppenheimer, as my gran would say, but the small fries cover your bread and butter.

To cut the story short. We had gone through over ten different agents who had lost our personal information twice. In the end, had indicated that although they had lost it. We were responsible to re-apply and re-submit our documents. Forget that it is already on file. They could not care their team leaders would push us to another department.

We are now with a new company called Rocketnet. We have dealt with a total of two consultants' Sammy and Stephan are their names. The crazy thing is, we did not have to ask for their name!

Every time we contacted them, they went the extra mile. After we indicated the urgency of our case, we were contacted every day and provided a progress report.

Sammy had said, "They would not miss a beat" - they stuck to their word. We were never left in the dark everything was taken care of promptly as promised.

They have put so much attention to detail. That was the original reason we had contacted. If you read through their website, you will see they have stuck to the theme. They have earned the title of Rocketeers, and as we call them Rockstars.

They go Above and beyond, to the moon and back.
