All over good experience

I have recently signed up for a fiber connection and based on price and their Ts&Cs I selected Rocketnet as my ISP. Before and after deciding on them the whole experience was really good. They have an online chat facility, which I like because I didn't have to call them, I didn't have to hold and I didn't have to talk to anyone. They answer quickly and afterwards the whole chat is emailed to you, for your records. I had some issues with vumatel but the things that Rocketnet had to do to get the fibre installation to happen they did immediately. And then the free router gets fully configured before you it get delivered to you.
