Absolutely outstanding!!!
I recently signed up with Rocketnet for my new apartment and I have received EXEMPLARY service from every single team member I have come into contact with from the very beginning!
They are quick and efficient and so helpful and communicative!
I have a 50mb up/down line and haven’t had a single speed issue since it was activated.
The whole process took 4 days to finalise and get my line active (including a weekend) as there was a pre existing fibre line available- the actual activation of my line only took 30mins!
Would recommend this ISP to everyone going forward- you won’t regret it!
