Above and beyond service

Have to commend Rocket Net and especially Themba for going above and beyond to ensure we got our connected. We switched ISPs and was told it would be a simple switch of a button essentially, when the day came to make the switch we did not have internet and we couldn’t figure out why… because we were told the service had been activated. After being very frustrated on the phone with Themba we forgives out I had a “locked” router, so it only worked with my previous service provider… Themba did not hesitate to jump in his car and hand deliver the correct router to me himself. Have to say that is going above and beyond what I would expect and really appreciate it! End of the day what could have been a bad start to my journey with Rocket Net left me a very happy new customer. I honestly feel like I’m in good hands… I also love dealing with problem solvers and have to commend Themba for his actions.
