Rock n Glitter

Has anyone had a problem with this small business? I have messaged on Instagram, Whatsapp, Email and called and I've had no reply for weeks now which is very frustrating. So unprofessional which is why I sent my order in early and gave them a timeline of when I needed it by but I have still not recieved it. If any customers know what I can do to get a refund please message me asap.
