When my husband passed away you were with me all the way. You made yourself available for us on a personal level. Assisted with the paperwork, kept me updated with the status of the claim and always, always available even after hours. I appreciate your commitment and you made sure where you had no answers for me in the times of my desperation you got me the answers. Very few people can do that.
