No payout…..its been 6weeks!!!!!!!

I have never in my entire life dealt with a organisation that disregards people time and money.No one at this company answers their phones or email the claim has been submitted on 3 Feb and to date no payment. Hopefully someone from this company responds to my email with a reference number so that I can take it to the ombudsman I feel like they need to be shut down. I really need the higher up to look at who they employ because customer service clearly is not a necessity here. I urge anyone that has them as your fund managers please change to a different fund , you will thank me later…..
