2-pot savings no where to be found

I have app**** for my 2-pot withdrawal on the 26 of September already, email from them stating it will take up to 15 working days which is long gone. They told our company after some questions came up from other colleagues that phone sars to ask about the tax directive that the fund name was changed and sars and eBtax did not update the fund name. Since the email on the 04/10/2024 we did not receive any other communication, robsan savage says sars did not give a turn around time, sars say they are waiting for rosan savage to resubmit and eBtax says their is a technical issue with sars. When and who will sort this issue. I made commitments as I really thought I'll have this money by now! We need answers! Where is our fund money? Why is the fund website saying I already withdrawn, as I did not receive a sent!!!
