Terrible Service - Regrettable choice of supplier

Terrible service from the start. Rep rescheduled appointment at last minute. Once quoted paid immediately using quote # as reference After 7 days my quote had expired??. When eventually done, the installation was found to be incorrect. Again after many promises, no follow up I am still waiting. Going into the 7th month of this saga !
