Five-star service from Jayte Taylor and the installation crew at Robodoor!
I recently purchased a custom-designed and manufactured security gate, and Jayte made the entire experience a pleasure. He is young, energetic and personable, with an outstanding level of professionalism. He responded almost immediately, even at night, and kept me informed throughout the process. He explained everything I needed to know and proactively shared useful information I hadn't even thought to ask about. What impressed me most was his punctuality. Jayte consistently kept to our agreed appointment times—something I value enormously. His respect for my time, clear communication and attention to detail really stood out. Safety door imbarresment
I ordered a door with specific dimensions sent and have the proof on Whatts App I wanted a door to fit in a specific space slam lock system I had one phone call with a representative I asked for a passage door that when fully opened pivots so it is out of the way and space utilisation could be achieved I recieved a door wich according to Robo Door was computer calculated to fit outside of a pivot front door Without hesitation I paid as it was an urgent job and I had deadlines to meet They delivered a door wich was designed not to fit into the given dimensions but outside of it Then they tried to rectify it with me sending them foto's explaining and showing them exactly what I need Great they send me a new frame wich also did not fit and I was told to fabricate and cut the frame until it fits Really the second frame was also for a different application and I was left to fabricate a door from s****s sent to me by Robo Door I was chased of site because of this and we just spent R27000 on the same client's shop front fitment by Ribo Door were they sent out a rep to come and make sur what we wanted and made shure we got the right product for that installation My advice stick to Trellidor I have never had any issues with them Now I am stick with a patch job and a frame of about R8000 wich Robo door just pulled up their shoulders and said your problem not ours Poor poor poor service

He was incredibly quick to respond and had endless patience with all my questions and messages. He came out extremely quickly to do the final measurements and arranged the installation just as promptly. He even called afterwards to check that I was happy with the gate and that everything had gone well — such a thoughtful touch and a real reflection of how much he cares about his customers. The installation team was brilliant too. They were courteous, professional and did an excellent job. They even cleaned up so nicely after themselves, which was really appreciated! The trellis gate itself is extremely well made, strong and looks fantastic. The whole process was seamless from beginning to end, and the service was outstanding. Really really impressed
I met with Matthew in June and he was right on time and very professional. He sent me the designs within a day. I got a call after my meet up with him 3 days after. With a set date for the installation. They did such a Stella job. They came on a work day, and an hour I was on my way to work. Very clean Job. Everyone in my estate kept on coming to check the work done so so Stella! Thanks guys (expect more business)
