Safety door imbarresment

I ordered a door with specific dimensions sent and have the proof on Whatts App

I wanted a door to fit in a specific space slam lock system

I had one phone call with a representative I asked for a passage door that when fully opened pivots so it is out of the way and space utilisation could be achieved

I recieved a door wich according to Robo Door was computer calculated to fit outside of a pivot front door

Without hesitation I paid as it was an urgent job and I had deadlines to meet

They delivered a door wich was designed not to fit into the given dimensions but outside of it

Then they tried to rectify it with me sending them foto's explaining and showing them exactly what I need

Great they send me a new frame wich also did not fit and I was told to fabricate and cut the frame until it fits

Really the second frame was also for a different application and I was left to fabricate a door from s****s sent to me by Robo Door

I was chased of site because of this and we just spent R27000 on the same client's shop front fitment by Ribo Door were they sent out a rep to come and make sur what we wanted and made shure we got the right product for that installation

My advice stick to Trellidor I have never had any issues with them

Now I am stick with a patch job and a frame of about R8000 wich Robo door just pulled up their shoulders and said your problem not ours
