POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, HIDDEN COSTS AND UNHELPFUL CONSULTANTS!

Pathetic service!!!These people will say anything and everything to get a sale out of you! When I initially installed my burglar/trolley door I was told that if I have any issues/emergencies I could just call in and I would get immediate assistance. Yesterday I struggled to get through to them and when I eventually did, I explained that I needed assistance as I am moving and my furniture wouldn't fit. They stated that they close at 4;30 and even if I had broken or lost my key, they would only come out the next day!!!they further said I would need to pay R450 to remove the gate and an additional R450 to reinstall-this was never stated when they Installed. WORST CUTOMER SERVICE, HIDDEN COSTS AND FALSE INFORMATION JUST FOR SALES!I AM EXTREMLY UBHAPPY AND DISAPPOINTED.
