Excellent service from Robo Door

I had a Robo Door security gate installed quite some time ago, with no hassles. Early morning on 26 April, the key broke off in the lock (my fault). I contacted Robo Door as soon as they opened for business, with the expectation that I would realistically probably only be assisted after the public holiday or long weekend. My heartfelt thanks to Marno, the Sales Manager, who took it upon himself to assist promptly the very same day. Marno arranged at time suitable for me, arrived early and in no time the new lock was installed with a set of three keys. Marno not only waived the call out fee, but on his own accord also serviced the security gate for free. Very impressive after sales service from Marno and Robo Door which did not cost me a cent - thank you so much! I would highly recommend Robo Door.
