Contacted Robo Door via Website three weeks ago for a quote on two retractable security doors.

Received a quote on the same day as well as a follow up call to confirm if I was happy with the quote.

I must say Jan (the sales Rep) from Robo Door was very professional, came out to my property to take final measurements and to confirm all the necessary before order placement.

On confirmation of the order I payed the 50% deposit and was informed that the doors will be fitted within 5 working days as they need to be manufactured. To my surprise my order was processed speedily and my doors was fitted within half the time they said it would be.

Fitment was done by Jaco's team (Factory manager) very professional and they even cleaned up afterwards with their own vacuum cleaner at hand.

The quality (when compared to other manufacturers) of the end product is beyond expectations (Good and Solid Retractable Security door with a neat solid frame) and the customer service is superb.

Well done Robo Door for your professionalism throughout, I'll defiantly recommend you to all friends and family and will contact you in future for repetitive business.
