Beware of purchasing the Robert's Bird App.

At first the app worked well. I'm on Android & I woke to find that the app had done an automatic upgrade which bombed the app. On the Birdlife SA Facebook page loads of people were complaining of the same problem. I contacted the website & Guy Gibbon rep****. I followed his instructions twice...deleting the app from my files & reinstalling the app twice, which never worked . At this stage I was slated by Mr Gibbon & told to grow up. Many others on the Facebook page were also unable to reinstall the app & others were also insulted by Mr Gibbon. This is the one & only app I've bought & it was far more expensive than the Sasol Bird App.
