Still no refund after 38 days

Our trip that was scheduled for 17:00 on 19 December 2019 was canceled and we we were told our money was going to be refunded back to us(credit card). Until today no refund, I've called in 6 times and every time I'm told it will be refunded. I'm ready to take legal action again you guys if this matter is not sorted out.
