Refund form Robben Island

I'm appalled by the service received from Robben island ticket sales. I'm still waiting for a refund that was due on the 8th of January 2021. I have made numerous calls but have not received my money of R1010. They promised to enquire from their bank and copy me on the email but that did not happen. I don't know what to do anymore
