Poor service

Purchased tickets for robben island via your website, trip was cancelled due to winds and boats where not going to robben island. They processed the refund procedure on the 23 oct 2017 till today the money is not reflecting back. Whenever i call robben islands they say they processed it and the problem is webtickets. As it shows refunded from their side, please refund my R2040
