NOT REFUNDED

I bought three tickets for Robben Island amounting to R1020, I asked what happens if the weather is bad and was told it would be refunded within 5-10 working days,the weather was bad. But the refunding did not happen. I phoned the call centre 9 times, promised that I would receive a call back in 15minutes etc etc but to no avail. Siphumelele Dlungwane and Ntombekhaya Dlepu "helped" me by copying me in to a mail with Nedbank. I have mailed subsequently and have four unanswered emails. When one experience these levels of service it's no surprise to see ferries sinking, shocking. I am R1020 out of pocket. DON'T BOOK ONLINE!!!
