RODTRIP SHUTTLE DISA

I booked a shuttle through the Hollard take me home service for Sunday 21 July 2019 6h00 from Mooikloof to the O.R. Tambo International Airport. I called the driver at 6h00 as I had not heard from him, he couldn’t even tell me how far he was. I received a call from a call Centre agent at about 6h15 saying the driver will arrive 20 minutes from that time. This would be too late for me as I needed to be at the airport by 7. Road trip failed to provide me with the service that I booked and caused me MAJOR inconvenience.
