Unreliable and Unprofessional Service
Very disappointed with this company. This is now the third time this has happened. Every time you try to use them, there’s an excuse or they simply don’t pitch up. Today the driver phoned to say he was outside — I went out immediately and there was no one there. After that, no answer on calls, and when you do get hold of them, it’s just more excuses. You’re expected to pay upfront and plan your trip around their service, but they just don’t deliver. I would strongly recommend avoiding them — don’t waste your time or money.
