roadtrip takes money and no service

I have booked on your app to be collected at 2. Once again no driver arrived. Now the call centre is closed and there is no communication. I am tired of defending you to friends who all agree your service is pathetic I spend +/- r2000 with on some month and this is how you treat a customer. So I M stranded again. Pathetic don't. Use this company they can not handle the volume they need less customers
