No pick up

I booked a lift with Road trip through my insurance company. The lift was for my wife and two friends after a ladies night. They were supposed to be picked up at 22:30. After waiting for 45 minutes outside the restaurant in the dark, they drove home themselves. When calling the call centre, the response was just ...sorry!
