Njabulo - A-Star Service

I went in for a hospital procedure and I couldn’t take the call from Njabulo. He called to confirm if I needed to be picked up with my own car or if I needed a car service.

My mom called him back and explained that the doctor had not arrived yet and that we were not sure what time I would be discharged.

The reason for my compliment is as follows:

1. Njabulo was extremely agile. He listened to my mother and emphasized with us. In the time when businesses have processes and SOP cast in stone, it difficult to be agile. He asked my mom to call back when we had concrete information and he would see what to do.

2. He managed to get a car service to us earlier than anticipated. Just as we were trying to figure out what to do with the additional time.

3. Although I didn’t talk to him, he asked my mother how I was doing and how my operation went. That’s A-star service!
