Disgusting service

<p>I am a new customer to roadtrip and signed up last month. They cancelled our pick up twice in the same night. I called the call centre and they said Ishould send an email to cancel as I have not used their service.</p> <p>Yet they came back to me and said I need to pay 50% of the contract to cancel... there after they debited my account and now I was debited an amount double of what I originally sigbed up for. I HAVE NOT COMPLETED A DEBIT FORM! This is *******! The staff are rude! Action will be taken! </p> <p>This is officially the worst service I have ever received!!!</p>
