Cannot cancel membership

I have been trying to cancel my membership but it seems impossible. None of the cancellation e-mail addresses supp**** works. I called on numerous accasions and was told to send an email to cancellations@roadtrip. E-mail came back. Called again, was told there is a problem send to accounts@roadtrip. E-mail came back, called again. I was told someone will call me back, NOTHING. And to top it off a debit order of R595.00 went off my account instead of the R105.00 monthly fee. I havent used their services in months because their drivers are dreadful. Please can someone get back to me so I can cancel my membership.
