Unproffesional Behaviour

I requested a confirmation letter from the Road Traffic Management Corporation (For my Drivers license) on the 22nd of January 2015. I paid R230 to have the letter couriered, as it was an urgent request. I handed the letter in at the NATIS office in Namibia after I received it 5 days later. My application for renewal was denied, as the clerk in Pretoria, made an error with my ID nr on the letter. When contacting the office again, I was advised that the letter will be sent again, I requested it to be sent via courier. It was sent 5 days later via registered mail. It still has not arrived.<br> The problem came in when I phoned and wanted the office to courier the letter to me, as I urgently need my license for business purposes - they refused to help as it is not \policy". I was advised by them that they would see what they can do and get back to me. No response came. Mr Motloung then decided to become abusive via e-mail. (this can also be provided).
